This website is owned and operated by Taneasha E Evans, LLC, and I am committed to protecting the privacy of my clients and website visitors. This Privacy Policy outlines how I collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

I do not collect payment or billing information. Information is collected directly from our clients or third parties such as referring physicians with client consent.

I use your personal details to contact you, to keep health records as required by law, and to bill for services if applicable. Information may also be used for quality control purposes, but this is strictly internal and on a deidentified basis.

Otherwise, I will obtain written permission from clients before disclosing any information for other purposes.

I use reasonable and up-to-date security methods to protect our website and safeguard personal information. Only authorized employees have access to personal information. Data is stored in secure computer systems. Physical files are kept in a locked, secure office.
